"Our journey began when my wife, a native New Yorker, introduced the concept of bringing a taste of the Big Apple to North Carolina. Two years ago, we launched Chan's Tasty Scoops, an Italian Icy truck that has quickly become a beloved staple in the Raleigh area. What brings us the greatest joy is witnessing the delighted expressions on both children and adults when they experience our unique flavors for the first time.
